Car Rentals
Car rentals from the major national companies are available from the kiosks at the Fort McMurray International Airport. Availability of rental cars can be low in busy seasons, so we recommend booking ahead before your trip so you’ll have the wheels to explore the region!
McMurray Aviation
To access Fort Chipewyan year-round and most of the region’s hunting and fishing lodges, you’ll need to take a flight on one of McMurray Aviation’s regularly scheduled charter flights. This will give you an opportunity to get a whole new perspective on the region and see the beauty of the rivers, lakes, and boreal forest with a bird’s eye view.
Taxi Services
Taxis are available to take you from the airport to your accommodation, to take you to your favourite attractions, or to get you home safely after a night out.
United Class Cabs are YMM airport’s licensed taxi provider.
