Canada Customs Services Returns to YMM
Through a strategic partnership between Wood Buffalo Economic Development (WBED) and The Fort McMurray Airport Authority (FMAA), Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) services return to the region.
This is a landmark event for the region, as it will help accelerate the customer experience in 2020. Starting January 2020, local residents can return direct to Fort McMurray this winter with Caesars Rewards from Laughlin Nevada, in just under four hours. With Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) operations, the Airport Authority will be in a stronger position to attract more transborder destinations for the community. This is a key driver of economic growth.
