These included the appointment of Wood Buffalo Economic Development’s inaugural CEO, Kevin Weidlich, the amalgamation of Wood Buffalo Economic Development and Fort McMurray Tourism Ltd., and a renewed focus on the downtown & waterfront revitalization.
